Waterwell drilling
Boreholes for the recovery of ground water that is used for domestic, farming and industrial activities. These wells are usually vertical.
The ground water can be in acquifers (water bearing ground formation) or faults (cracks in the ground).

Once the hole is drilled it is protected from collapsing, contamination and developed for long term production.
When air is used in the drilling process care must be taken not to damage the water body.
Oil & Gas
Hydrocarbons (oil & gas) are extracted from the earth deposits via deep wells. These wells are drilled onshore and offshore.
Oil & Gas is an important source of energy for vehicles, power plants, homes and industry.
During well development, compressed air is also used to accelerate the rate of gas burning (flairing).
Geothermal heating
A borehole whose purpose is to recover the heat energy that is stored in the groundwater. The second law of thermodynamics is applicable for ground water heat recovery especially in countries where the temperature differential is substantial. During the winter the conventional heating bills are reduced. The system also works in the summer to provide cooling. The ground water in the drill hole retains the same temperature irrespective of the season.
An energy well is economic, pro-environmental and reliable.
Coal Bed Methane
Coal Bed Methane supplies natural gas; a clean-burning energy source well suited as a boiler fuel, vehicle fuel, and for heating residences as well al large structures. CBM is a non-conventional hydrocarbon, a natural gas containing virtually 100% methane produced from coal seam reservoirs. It is often produced at shallow depths and often with large volumes of water of variable quality. It is produced through a borehole that allows gas and water to be produced to the surface.
Natural Gas is used as a source of energy in homes, industry, power plants, vehicles and agriculture.
