XAS 746 / XAS 1600 CD6 is an oil-injected rotary screw compressor that delivers from 753 l/s (1600 cfm) at 7 bar (100 psig) to 645 l/s (1370 cfm) at 10.3 bar (150 psig). The machine is powered by a Caterpillar C13 diesel engine which fully complies with Tier-III/Stage-III exhaust emission standards

All compressors are manufactured in accordance with Atlas Copco's Quality and Environment Management System which is accredited as fully compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All Atlas Copco compressors are tested to perform in the most demanding conditions.

APPLICATION

Applications requiring very high air volumes at medium pressure , for example in air separation processes.

Aggressive blasting

Grit Blasting: Internal and external treatment of pipelines, barrels, columns and silos; treatment of construction work; surface treatment of stainless steel; removal of road marks; blasting of swimming pools.

Vacuum blasting: For road marks; concrete floors; tank bottoms.

Recycle blasting: Mobile - internal steel blasting of tanks, barrels and columns; stationary - blasting in a blasting cabin.

Dry-ice (CO²) blasting: Removal of binding medium; cleaning of ink rolls from rotation press; removal of oil products; food industry.
