The TEX 270/280 series of breakers from Atlas Copco are the newest addition to a range that has proven, over the years, to be highly successful.
While developing these new tools, we kept all the best features from the existing range, and added some new such as Atlas Copco’s solid body concept
and the two-step trigger, SOFSTARTTM.
No compromise - Reduced noise/vibrations and high productivity
In the new vibro-reduced breakers, noise and vibration levels have been reduced even further compared to the old TEX series. However, the breakers
are still as hard hitting and reliable as previous models. In other words, we have made no compromises when it comes to productivity.
Solid body concept - solid performance
The new one-piece solid housing design contains fewer parts - and that means greater reliability. It also allows fast and exceptionally easy on-site
service: a few basic tools are all you need. Existing Atlas Copco products that feature the solid body concept have enjoyed great success, winning wide
market acceptance.
